The cps test mobile – What Is It?
The CPS Test Mobile (CompuCourt Professional Services Test Mobile) was developed by CompuCourt Professional Services to help case workers assess the risk of domestic violence and prevent tragedy. The test was designed to help professionals respond quickly when domestic violence is suspected by using a handheld computer device.
The CPS Test Mobile is essentially a computerized form that case workers use to assess the risk of domestic violence. It helps them determine whether further investigation is required, and if so, which type of intervention is most appropriate for each specific situation. The mobile device runs on a proprietary open-source platform and has been used in court proceedings all over the United States since its introduction in 2012.
In the assessment process, first responders such as police officers or medical personnel will enter basic personal information about those involved in the incident such as gender, age, address, and other details into the test mobile's database. After gathering this information, they will then input questions related to domestic violence behavior into the system via check boxes and written questions. This information is used to generate a complete profile of the situation which can be used as evidence when making decisions regarding whether or not intervention is necessary.
The result of this assessment can be presented in brief or extended reports which provide detailed information about risk factors associated with domestic violence; these may include past history or particular behaviors exhibited during conversations with Police or medical staff involved in determining whether the situation requires follow up or intervention. Reports from the CPS Test Mobile can also be used as evidence that certain steps were taken when determining whether further action was necessary in any particular instance.
CPS Test Mobiles are now being used by various law enforcement and other agencies around the United States to better equip professionals with current technologies needed to identify signs of potential domestic abuse faster and more accurately. With support for both iOS and Android devices, it provides an easy way for professionals to collect valuable data needed for quick response in cases involving personal safety issues - especially those related to domestic violence prevention - so that victims receive appropriate interventions before tragedy can occur
